Resources

Want some free help on anatomy? Maybe color theory? Or maybe even just learning the basics? Here are some free or cheap resources that Tasha has used to better her skills. Take the time to look through and see if they might be able to assist you as well!

Youtube Videos

YouTube videos can be a great free resource. Many artists on there are willing to give advice and show how to work through issues during projects. A few YouTubers that are personally recommended are:

Proko- This artist has many videos focused on human anatomy and has a range of styles. His website is also a great source for lessons, courses, and more.

The Art of Aaron Blaise - Aaron is known for his lessons on animal anatomy and has extensive experience with both cartoon styles and realism.  He also has a website dedicated to affordable lessons and courses.

This next one isn't an artist, but still a great source to better your nature knowledge

Odd Animal Specimens- It is important to test your knowledge whenever you can, and this guy is a great resource for this. He makes fun and engaging videos about specimens by quizzing the audience or just informing them about fun facts.
